Return & Exchange Policy

We want you happy with your BeSpoke3D order. Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges follow the rules below.

Return & exchange window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped
• Unused item in original packaging (non-custom stock items only)

Not eligible (final sale)

• Custom or personalized glowboxes (outfit-specific insignia made for you), unless damaged or defective
• Items damaged by misuse, improper power/USB-C PD chargers after delivery, or normal wear

How to start a return or exchange

Email Info@BeSpoke3D.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and whether you want a refund or exchange. We'll reply with an RMA and shipping instructions. Return shipping for our error or a defect is on us; otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we say otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

We'll replace damaged or defective items, or swap for a different Corps Glowbox when stock allows.
