Shipping Policy

Processing

Most Glowboxes and custom items are made to order. We typically start production after payment clears. Allow about 3–10 business days for production before the order ships (longer during peak seasons or for large custom runs). You'll get an email when it ships.

Shipping methods

We ship within the United States using common carriers (for example USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Rates and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times after handoff to the carrier are estimates only.

Tracking

When available, tracking details go to the email on your order.

Address accuracy

You're responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. We aren't responsible for delays or loss from an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.

Damage in transit

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email Info@BeSpoke3D.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

International

We currently focus on U.S. shipping. International orders, if offered at checkout, may involve extra duties or taxes paid by the customer.
