This website is operated by BeSpoke3D LLC (“BeSpoke3D,” “we,” “us”). By visiting bespoke3d.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Online store

You must be of legal age in your state to use this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal purpose.

Products & accuracy

We try to show products accurately, including colors and sizes. 3D-printed and backlit items can look slightly different in person because of lighting, filament, and screens. Approx. glowbox size is about 8" × 8" × 2" (not including stand); sizes may vary with logo shape.

Custom & made-to-order

Many Corps Glowboxes and similar items are made to order. Once production starts, custom or personalized orders are final sale except when damaged or defective, as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice before you order. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including tax and shipping.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order for errors, suspected fraud, stock limits, or other reasons. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, unless we say otherwise. See any shipping details shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy: bespoke3d.com/pages/return-exchange-policy.

Intellectual property

Store content, product photos, and our original designs are owned by BeSpoke3D or our licensors. You may not copy our site content for commercial use without permission. For custom insignia you request, you represent that you have the right to use that design, and you authorize us to manufacture it for your order.

Product use & safety

Use only the power method listed for each product (for many glowboxes: 5V / 2A USB; do not use USB-C PD or fast chargers unless we specify otherwise). Keep products away from high heat and direct sunlight as noted on the product. Misuse may void eligibility for returns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeSpoke3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts serving Harris County / Houston area, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
